Job Description

Our client one of Australia's leading manufacturer & distributor of industrial machinery are looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join their team in the Altona area. This role would suit someone with a strong sales background with excellent communication and client management experience.

Major Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders from direct sales / or deal network. Ensuring the order process from start to finish; meeting customer request times where possible; creating relationships with dealers to provide administrative support
  • Converting new leads
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to participate, attend and demonstrate machinery at conventions or for clients at site
  • Assist with organisation tradeshows and social activities
  • Ad Hoc Administration duties
  • Assist with Sales enquiries
  • Achieve set sales targets and objectives

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
