We are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Claims Manager who enjoys liaising between clients, underwriters and other stakeholders providing top tier insurance claims solutions. This role is an integral position within a well-known, respected and expanding brand in the Insurance Broking Industry.
With the help from an Assistant and a small team you will manage large/complex commercial claims. The third party claims administrator will handle the smaller claims however you will be ensuring service level agreements are met.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing large, complex commercial claims
- Liaising with underwriters, clients , Authorised Representatives and other stakeholders
- Finding the best outcome for the client
- Liaising with the Third party claims administrator ensuring service level agreements are met
To Be Successful In This Role You Will need:
- Experience managing complex claims
- Experience working with TPA's is preferred
- The ability to lead a team and delegate work
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders
- Proactive attitude
