Currently, due to increased demands, there is a requirement for a Spare Parts and Service Coordinator to work from the Dandenong Office.

Key Requirements
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence (High Risk Work Licence)
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with MS Office
- M3 Software experience is desirable
This role will require a Strong background in mechanics and customer service. Duties will include:
- Sound understanding of product range, services, sales and promotions
- Answering phones and providing customer service
- Providing customer service to walk in customers
- General warehouse duties which include inventory control
- Processing orders and quotes
- Scheduling repairs, maintenance and servicing
- Monitoring work progression
- Ability to develop new business for sales and service
- Monitoring inventory and tracking distribution of products
- Ability to carry out administrative task
- The ability to develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders
