The Role:

This role is critical to the company's ability to meet their on-time delivery promise to customers across Mining, Civil Construction and Agriculture customer profiles. Working with a team dedicated to achieving these deadlines, you will also enjoy an unparalleled team environment. Due to increased demands, there is a requirement for a skilled Spare Parts interpreter involving:

  • Assisting customers with professionalism at all times
  • Under promise and over delivery on customer outcomes
  • Technical skills interpreting products, parts and specifications as per parts diagrams
  • PC skills working across various tools and platforms
  • Consultative approach to include your team where needed
  • Confident across variety of duties including general customer services

Essential Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with machinery parts and services
  • Skills utilising difference platforms such as Email, Parts look up tools & switchboard operations
  • Read and interpret technical drawings / specifications & instructions
  • Demonstrated experience working with people of all walks of life
  • Forklift Licence a real advantage
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a manual handling role
  • Organized and dedicated to achieving team KPI's
