Job Description

Our client is a respected global contract manufacturer of complementary medicines. They are currently seeking a Strategic Projects Coordinator to support the management and implementation of the strategic growth of the company by bringing the company's vision to fruition.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating key day to day activities and actions in line with the strategic goals of the company. Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintain and update the Group strategic plan and scorecard system
  • Monitor strategic projects across the group
  • Generate and present monthly and quarterly reports
  • Develop and maintain key internal relationships to support the cohesion of various business units
  • Support the company change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the management of the organisation's strategic initiatives


Selection criteria

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Extensive experience within a cGMP environment
  • A background in Production or Operations - ideally within the Pharma/Nutra/Complementary healthcare industries
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating with multiple functional departments
  • A good understanding of contract manufacturing
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be highly desirable
