Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their busy team on the city fringe. This is a great opportunity to gain some experience in a new environment while working with one of the friendliest teams in the industry.
Your key responsibility will be to process requests as they come through from the call centre. This may include roll ins, roll outs, cancellations, amendments and claims. You will also be required to assist with ad hoc administration duties and support the team.
To be successful you will ideally have experience in Superannuation however we will consider candidates with experienced in other areas of Financial Services. You must have strong attention to detail, polished communication skills and a hard working attitude.
This is a great role for someone who wants to work in Superannuation but doesn't want to work on the phones in a call centre.
