What will I be doing?
Reporting to the National Manager, you will be liaising with business managers to identify, develop, review and implement suitable training packages to all levels of personnel. You will need to be able to cover a broad range of professional, technical and interpersonal areas, including ongoing skills and maintenance activities
You will be providing advice and guidance to management on training requirements affecting their areas of responsibility as well as assisting with the delivery of training packages via face to face and technology supported platforms
Presenting training to management and lead delivery of materials during Training Days will also be a part of this role as well as developing safety alerts in response to HSEQ incidents and modify training resources accordingly.
You will also be required to conduct audits and site inspections to monitor compliance with company training and record keeping requirements
What do you need to be successful?

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in waste management or transport is highly desirable;
  • Experience with fixed plant and mobile equipment;
  • Experience in developing a diverse range of training resources in multiple disciplines;
  • Ability to communicate from boots to suits;
  • Willingness to travel regularly (not a great deal however is still involved)
