about us

Our Commitment to Safety in the Workplace

At Fuse Recruitment, safety is our number one priority, and we ensure that each host company our contractors work with is as committed to safety as we are. Each of our contractors is inducted into their workplace, and has the appropriate training and equipment to safely complete their tasks.

In return, we ask our contractors to be as committed to safety as we are. We encourage our contractors to take time to assess any risks before beginning a task, and ensure each task is done safely and correctly each time. This includes ensuring that all tickets and licences are valid and up to date, and that you are fit to work each day.

If you're a Fuse contractor and you've been involved in an incident or had a near miss, you must contact us as soon as practical after the incident occurs. No matter the incident, you MUST report it. To report an incident, contact Fuse immediately by filling out the form to the right, or calling our Head Office on 03 9981 5900.

Employee Assistance Program

At Fuse, we understand the importance of looking after your mental health, which is why we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all of our workers.

The EAP is a service that allows you to safely and confidentially discuss any psychological distress you may be experiencing. The issues you discuss don't need to be work-related, you are welcome to use this service for anything, and we encourage you to make the most of it. EAP Assist is independent of Fuse, and we have no visibility on who is using it, or what they are using it for.

How to access EAP Assist:

Please note that the EAP is not a replacement for any OH&S obligations you have. If you have an incident at work, you are still required to report it to Fuse and your host employer.

Corporate Health Insurance Offering

At Fuse, we see our contract staff as an extension of our Fuse family, and we extend our internal staff benefits to our contracting workforce.
