The award-winning Future Insure Graduate Program is a market-driven initiative that was created to address talent shortages in the insurance industry arising from a lack of graduate pathways into insurance. We've since expanded the program into our other specialist industries, improving it to help promote and further develop these industries through graduate talent.

Future Insure offers recent graduates a full-time opportunity to work with market-leading businesses across the insurance, wealth management, and IT and digital sectors, and our program partners benefit from a pipeline of top graduate talent into their business. Our Graduate Recruitment Process

Fuse Recruitment endeavours to create quality recruitment solutions that align with the needs of our clients. This timeline demonstrates our process flow - from application through to post-placement and networking events.

Application

We speak with graduates about their interest in insurance and wealth management. After we’ve accepted their application, they are required to complete a one-way video interview as well as complete a short questionnaire about why they want to be a part of our graduate program.

Assessment

Clients will decide which graduates they want to interview based on their Fuse profile and one-way video interview. Candidates are also required to complete online cognitive assessments.

Selection

We’ll complete a reference and background check on all graduates. An offer will be extended to successful graduates, after which placement is secured.

Commencement

Graduate begins working with the client company and has an assigned mentor to guide them through the onboarding and training required in their new role.

What roles can we hire?

A more helpful question would be ‘What roles can't you hire?’ Graduates can fill any role in your business. We engage graduates with a background in Business and Management, Creative Arts, Engineering and Mathematics, Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, IT and Computer Science, Law, Legal Studies and Justice, Medical and Health Sciences, Property and Built Environment, and Sciences.

What do we need from you?

You will need to commit to: (1) providing a minimum first-year salary of $55,000 plus super; (2) providing a dedicated mentor and support buddy; (3) providing structured learning and development opportunities, and (4) supporting your graduate to attain industry-relevant accreditation. All graduate roles require a $2,500 engagement fee, with the remaining balance paid on acceptance.
