What's the opportunity?
Fuse Recruitment is expanding their team across the country and are looking to offer multiple traineeship positions to motivated individuals who would like to give recruitment a go, get a qualification under your belt, and have a lot of fun along the way!
With plenty of training and support, this opportunity will see you working toward a Certificate III in Business Administration (Employment Services).
What will you be doing?
Working in recruitment means you'll have a lot of variety, but one certain thing is that you'll be talking to multiple clients and candidates every day. This could be via email, over the phone or meeting in person (COVID-permitting, of course).
Here's a bit of an overview of what you can expect in a typical week:
* Candidates - Cold calling candidates you find on the back end of SEEK and LinkedIn, calling candidates who have applied directly to the job ad, phone screening, interviewing, coaching, contract negotiation, resignation assistance, post-placement follow-ups
* Internal - Daily and weekly sales and channel meetings, jobs meetings, learning and development training and courses, helping new team members, working with our Marketing department to develop your personal brand
What do you need to be a Recruiter?
While we like to refer to our team as a real 'fruit salad'; made up of different cultures, personalities, and interests, one thing we all have in common is that we love building and nurturing relationships with people.
We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills and an interest in talking to people all day! Admin and organisational skills are also important in your everyday life at Fuse.
