Stephan is a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer supporting Fuse’s Manufacturing division in Brisbane. With over three years of experience in HR and recruitment, he brings both local and international expertise to his role. His career began in Sri Lanka as an HR Officer, where he was responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. After relocating to Australia, Stephan completed a Master’s in Business Management, specialising in Leading Organisational Change, and worked in HR at a major manufacturing firm before moving into agency recruitment.

In his current role, Stephan supports the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, writing job ads, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. He is driven by a passion for helping people find roles that align with their goals and skillsets.

Outside of work, Stephan enjoys playing cricket and staying active.
