Nicole leads Fuse Recruitment’s marketing, brand and communications strategy, working in close partnership with the Executive team to support sustainable growth, market positioning and long-term commercial outcomes.

She is responsible for defining and executing the organisation’s marketing strategy across digital, content, automation and performance channels, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and consultant productivity. Her focus is on strengthening both client and candidate experience through data-led insight, clear brand storytelling and consistent value delivery across every touchpoint.

A key priority of Nicole’s role is the responsible integration of AI, data and marketing automation to improve decision-making, increase efficiency and scale impact. She oversees initiatives that embed these technologies into practical and ethical frameworks, enhancing outcomes while maintaining the human connection that underpins successful recruitment.

As a member of the Fuse Advisory Board, Nicole contributes to strategic planning, market insight and executive decision-making, supporting the business through growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
