Monique joined Fuse Recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer within the Insurance and Wealth Management team, a role she held for a year and a half before stepping into an Executive Assistant position working closely alongside the executive team.

Monique brings extensive experience in stakeholder management, having progressed through management in previous roles. This background allows her to focus on the internal dynamics of the company, including employee and management relationships.

Known for her enthusiastic and proactive approach, Monique is dedicated to providing a high level of support to the senior team. Her incredible contribution to the business has since seen her promoted to Operations Lead, a role in which she continues to bring proactive thinking, strong stakeholder management skills, and an unwavering dedication to both our people and operations.
