In recent years, Nikki has led recruitment teams, taking pride in mentoring and developing staff to achieve their goals. She now manages the Corporate Services division in Sydney, specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment across accountancy and finance, business support, sales and marketing, supply chain and operations, and HR.
