With around three years of experience in recruitment, Imani brings a diverse background across hospitality, warehousing, clinical trials recruitment, and laboratory work. Her career began in fast food and hospitality before moving into distribution, where she gained valuable experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

She then transitioned into her first role in recruitment as a Recruitment Officer and, within 18 months, was promoted to Participant Success Officer and Team Leader. Most recently, Imani expanded her technical expertise as a Lab Analyst before returning to recruitment.

In her current role with Fuse Recruitment, Imani focuses on identifying and securing the right candidates for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties. She is motivated by helping job seekers build careers and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on their professional journeys.
