With 26 years of experience in labour hire recruitment, Erika has built a long-standing career supporting clients across Australia after starting out in London. Her expertise lies in Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, where she has partnered with a wide range of businesses to deliver reliable workforce solutions.

In her current role as Team Leader for Manufacturing & Operations at Fuse Recruitment, she works closely with FMCG clients, sourcing quality candidates and spending time on-site to understand operations and provide practical labour solutions.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and catching up for coffee with friends. When she’s not busy being a full-time chauffeur for her teenage daughter.
