His career has taken him through the full recruitment cycle, and he brings a hands-on, people-first approach to every stage of the process.

At Fuse Recruitment, Paul’s day-to-day spans sourcing, screening, client engagement and candidate interviews. He takes the time to understand what clients are looking for and ensures candidates are well-prepared and well-matched before any introduction is made.

Outside of work, Paul is an anime enthusiast, a keen traveller and someone who makes a point of seeking out local food wherever he ends up.
