He leads the Sydney Insurance and Financial Services business, with a remit to grow the team to reflect the scale of Fuse’s Melbourne and Brisbane operations.

Woody arrived in Sydney in 1999 and built his recruitment career in the city, finding his niche in business transformation recruitment for financial services clients spanning banking, wealth management, and insurance. Over the past decade, he has led and grown high-performing teams at some of the leading agencies in the field, and brings that same focus on performance and people to his work at Fuse.
