Luca joins Fuse Recruitment bringing two years of direct industry experience as a domestic and commercial insurance broker, making him a genuine industry practitioner in a recruitment role.

His career path has been varied. Beginning in customer service at a major car dealership in New Zealand, Luca moved into insurance broking where he developed hands-on experience across both domestic and commercial lines. That industry background informs how he works with candidates and clients in the insurance space, giving him a clear understanding of the roles he recruits for and what they actually involve day to day.

At Fuse Recruitment, Luca focuses on connecting insurance professionals with opportunities across Queensland, working with candidates across the full range of insurance disciplines.

Outside of work, Luca is a football enthusiast who played at semi-professional level in New Zealand. When he is not on the pitch, he can usually be found reliving the Oasis reunion concert he attended, apparently on a fairly regular loop.
