he discovered recruitment through an internship at Hays before joining Michael Page as an Associate Consultant in technology, where she was promoted through to Senior Consultant before moving across to the sales and marketing team covering the industrial sector. A further promotion to Associate Manager followed before she made the move to Melbourne to join Fuse Recruitment’s Technology and Transformation desk.

That progression across disciplines and seniority levels has given Gladys a well-rounded understanding of how recruitment works from multiple angles, and what it takes to deliver consistently across a 360 model. At Fuse, she works across the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement and candidate sourcing through to placement.
