We conduct telephone screening to assess candidates’ experience, qualifications and availability. We then complete in-person interviews and assessments as well as qualification and background checks. We complete at least two reference checks per candidate before commencement.

We coordinate employment contracts on behalf of your company. We utilise an online electronic document management solution to facilitate signing all relevant employment contracts with both clients and candidates. We can incorporate any confidentiality clauses you require within this process.

We schedule placement follow-ups to check in with you and ensure that your placement is settling into their new role, offering training and development to them if needed. If your new employee leaves the position within a specified timeframe, we will find a replacement candidate.
