Her career began in international education as an Admissions Officer, managing end-to-end admissions processes and building relationships with students, education agents and partner institutions. She went on to coordinate international study tours, marketing initiatives and student lead generation before moving into the nonprofit sector, where she supported humanitarian assistance programs for more than 5,000 seafarers and facilitated mental health awareness seminars.

Prior to joining Fuse, Aiza worked as an Instructor Analyst at a global professional services firm, conducting language assessments, facilitating employee training programs and collaborating with recruiters and operational stakeholders to support learning requirements across the business.

At Fuse Recruitment, Aiza serves as Training Coordinator, supporting three core areas of the business. In talent acquisition, she sources and screens candidates for internal vacancies and assesses their suitability against role requirements. In onboarding, she arranges induction sessions, tracks milestones and maintains close contact with new employees and their managers throughout the first 90 days. In learning and development, she facilitates virtual training sessions, manages training materials and looks for opportunities to improve how learning programs are delivered across the team.
