Antoinette is an experienced HR and talent acquisition consultant who combines a background in science with expertise in recruiting specialised technical talent. She began her career as a field zoologist and biotech lab technician before co-founding BioQuisitive, a community lab in Victoria that supported early-stage biotech ventures. This experience, along with studies in project and business management, inspired her transition into HR and recruitment.

Her career has since taken her across Sweden and Australia, with roles spanning biotechnology, genetics, automotive manufacturing, battery technology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. At Volvo AB and Morrow Batteries, she partnered with internal teams and external recruitment firms to source highly skilled professionals in engineering, product development, electrochemistry, and quality and validation.

Now based in Melbourne, Antoinette specialises in technical recruitment for biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and scientific laboratory sectors. She is motivated by connecting organisations with the talent that drives innovation, while creating meaningful career opportunities that shape the future of science and industry.
