She began her recruitment career in the UK before relocating to Australia more than 11 years ago, building her expertise across aged care, rural and remote healthcare, and government recruitment, most recently in a Team Manager role leading a temp desk across Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.

Danielle joined Fuse Recruitment to build the Infrastructure, Construction and Manufacturing desk from the ground up, covering contract, temporary and permanent roles across Queensland’s infrastructure and water sector. Her day-to-day combines active business development, including client meetings, calls and pitching Fuse into new accounts, with end-to-end delivery on the roles she wins. She is focused on building out client relationships across Queensland’s water utilities and civil delivery partners, while growing candidate networks across the infrastructure market.

What drives Danielle is the challenge of building something from scratch. Every desk she has taken on has started from zero, and watching that develop into a functioning, revenue-generating practice is what motivates her. Alongside that, she is drawn to the relationship side of recruitment, getting to know clients and candidates properly and solving a genuine problem rather than simply filling a vacancy.
