David brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience across financial services, finance and accounting, engineering, construction and HR. He trained at Parker Bridge in London before relocating to Australia in 2008, where he went on to lead the launch of offices and teams for Robert Half, The Andersen Partnership and 2XM Finance, building and managing operations across Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

After six years back in the United Kingdom, David returned to Melbourne in 2025. He now leads the Victoria Financial Services team at Fuse Recruitment and heads up the firm’s national Accountancy and Finance offering, working across both commercial and financial services markets.

David’s approach to recruitment is straightforward: help people reach their career goals. That focus shapes how he works with both clients and candidates, and reflects the kind of long-term perspective he has developed across two continents and more than two decades in the industry.

Outside of work, David makes the most of what Melbourne has to offer. When he is not watching or playing sport, he can be found on the ski slopes or at the beach with his family.
