With a decade of experience in recruitment and employment services, DJ brings her expertise and strong people skills to her role as our Recruitment Resourcer. Beginning her career in hospitality, DJ developed exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities before moving into recruitment in 2015. Since then, she has worked across diverse sectors including warehousing and logistics, construction, healthcare, community services, and government, and gained valuable experience supporting vulnerable individuals through disability employment services and social housing programs.
At Fuse Recruitment, DJ focuses on sourcing top talent for manufacturing roles, particularly temp-to-perm placements. She is deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives through meaningful employment. Outside of work, DJ enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s a drive into the city or a games night at home.
