She began her career in customer service and technical support, working with US-based clients and building the communication and problem-solving skills that have carried through into her recruitment work.

She transitioned into recruitment through roles managing end-to-end hiring for US accounts across technical support, warehouse and operational positions, before expanding her focus to business professionals and, more recently, Australian clients. At Fuse Recruitment, Jessa manages the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through to interviews, candidate submission and onboarding support. She works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, build talent pipelines and ensure timely, well-matched placements.

What motivates Jessa is finding the connection between what a client needs and what a candidate brings. She takes time to understand both sides of the equation, and that approach shapes how she works across every brief.
