Joshua joins Fuse Recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer, bringing a background that spans education support, mental health facilitation and customer service. He completed his Bachelor of Business in 2025, and the experience he built alongside his studies, working directly with people across sport, education and mental health settings, has given him a grounded understanding of how to listen, assess and communicate effectively.

In his current role, Joshua focuses on candidate sourcing and matching, applying that people-first approach to identifying candidates who are the right fit for the roles he works on. For someone early in their recruitment career, his foundation in high-engagement, relationship-driven environments is a practical asset.

Outside of work, Joshua can usually be found in the water or on the course, with surfing and golf his pursuits of choice.
