After graduating from RMIT University, where she was awarded the Most Promising Accounting Student at the 2020 Best of Business and Law Awards, Jwena began her career at Fuse as a Graduate Accountant. She has since progressed to her current role as an Accountant, supporting the Finance Manager across all six industry specialisations here at Fuse Recruitment.

Her responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing and analysing budgets, ensuring tax and legislative compliance, and managing payroll and internal controls. Currently studying toward her CPA qualification, she brings a strong commitment to professional growth. Before joining Fuse, she gained leadership experience in the hospitality sector while studying, working as an Assistant Manager at a café in Brunswick. Outside of work, she enjoys pilates and yoga.
