Konrad has 6 months of recruitment experience, beginning his career as an Executive Recruiting Consultant, where he focused on business development and client outreach within the solar and energy provider industry.

Currently with Fuse Recruitment, he supports the Manufacturing & Operations team, sourcing and screening job-ready candidates, building relationships with clients and candidates, and identifying new business opportunities.

Motivated by delivering strong outcomes for both clients and candidates, Konrad excels in helping businesses find the right talent while supporting candidates in securing career opportunities.

Outside of work, he enjoys attending early morning Cars & Coffee events and taking scenic drives around the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
