Lachie Young transitioned into recruitment following a professional AFL career, having played with the Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne over five seasons. Since joining Fuse as a Recruitment Resourcer, he has quickly progressed to Consultant and now Senior Recruitment Consultant within just over 12 months.

Lachie specialises in the wealth management sector, with experience placing roles in financial planning, mortgage broking, and superannuation. He began his recruitment journey supporting graduate programs and has since developed strong expertise in connecting top-tier talent with leading financial services businesses. His role focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.

Outside of work, Lachie enjoys playing golf and catching waves at the beach.
