At Fuse Recruitment, Rona works as a Recruitment Resourcer, supporting the wider 360 recruitment process. Her responsibilities cover candidate sourcing and identification, candidate management and providing hands-on support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. She works closely with consultants to ensure the right candidates are identified and that both clients and candidates are well looked after along the way.
