Sarah is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fuse Recruitment, specialising in the Insurance and Financial Services sectors across Australia. With over 12 years of experience spanning internal and agency recruitment, she offers great expertise across Government, IT, Insurance, and Healthcare industries.

Her career began within the UK Government, where she spent eight years managing recruitment for roles from administrative through to executive levels, leading graduate and apprenticeship programs, and supporting major departmental transitions. She later joined an American insurance firm in Belfast, focusing on IT and insurance recruitment, before relocating to Australia and establishing a high-performing temp desk.

In her current role, Sarah partners with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions, strengthen existing relationships, and expand Fuse’s network of trusted industry connections. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through sports and the gym, and discovering new places to eat and explore with friends on weekends.
