With nearly three years of recruitment experience, Trisha has developed a strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process across diverse industries. She began her career as an Events Coordinator for a Japanese ESL organisation, later transitioning into HR roles within construction and IT, where she gained hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and talent management.

Currently with Fuse, Trisha serves as a Recruitment Resourcer focusing on manufacturing roles at the Brisbane branch. She ensures positions are filled with highly qualified candidates, providing efficient recruitment support while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Trisha enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and watching movies to relax.
