How Sourcr Recruiter of the Year Awards are calculated

Awards are calculated using the following metrics:

• Overall review score
• Total number of reviews in the category in the period
• Review conversion score – the number of reviews received/the number of revies requested

These metrics remove biases and ensure awards are given based on merit. Candidates and clients can therefore judge agencies and recruitment consultants with confidence that they’ll receive the service preached by the award badges they see.
